Don't just join a digital youth club. Help build it.
We're looking for 10 Founding Young Champions, aged 18–25, to help shape Thinkeur's first digital youth club.
The community is being developed on Skool. Our first ten members will help decide what young adults actually need from it: learning, events, practical opportunities, creative projects, conversations and the culture of the community itself.
Founding members will help shape content and, through agreed roles and permissions, contribute to Thinkeur's YouTube and social channels and help shape the Thinkeur Shop as these develop.

Test what matters
Propose and test courses, events, practical opportunities and creative projects.
Create the voice
Create and review content, with agreed roles and controlled permissions for Thinkeur’s YouTube and social channels.
Help shape the Shop
Bring ideas for products, content and services the community would value.
Ten founding places is a recruitment target, not an existing membership count. Time commitment, selection criteria, remuneration or voluntary status, content rights and moderation responsibilities will be provided before appointment. Channel and platform access is granted through agreed roles after selection. Wider membership will open later.

The first stage is recruiting a founding cohort of 10 people aged 18–25. Wider membership will open later.
Is this a job?
The terms of the founding role will be provided before acceptance. Employment or volunteering status has not yet been confirmed.
Where will the community be?
On Skool, with additional opportunities to contribute to Thinkeur’s content channels and Shop as they develop.
