The proposed pathway
From one idea to a business with roots.
We plan to work with a founder, not just a pitch. That means finding a real customer need, testing the offer, setting up the essentials and building a practical route to a first sale.
Support may include business foundations, branding and digital presence, sales and marketing guidance, introductions and routes to market. What each founder receives, eligibility, pricing and any financial commitment will be set out before enrolment opens.

This is a proposed pathway, not an open programme or a promise of sales, profit, funding or a place.
Early ventures
The work has already begun.
Thinkeur’s early support has helped bring these ventures to launch. The formal Incubator is still coming soon; these businesses show the work behind the idea, not outcomes from an operating cohort.

The hospitality ventures serve adults and are separate from the youth-club concept film. No revenue, job creation or profit-share outcome is claimed for these businesses here.
Why enterprise matters
The opportunity is real. So is the work required.
Entrepreneurship can create livelihoods and jobs, bring useful services closer to people and create businesses that contribute to local life. These national figures show its potential; they do not measure Thinkeur’s impact or guarantee what any new venture will achieve.

UK Government, 2025 ↗in addition to the founder’s own

The proposed community model
A business can keep creating value after its first sale.
Back a local founder
Help someone in the community develop a viable business around a real need and connect them with people who can help it grow.
Keep the connection
The founder owns and runs the business. Thinkeur proposes an individually agreed share of at least 2.5% of defined profits from future participating ventures. If there is no agreed profit, there is no profit share.
Support the next opportunity
Across a growing network, those returns could help Thinkeur support more founders and community infrastructure. The effect depends on businesses becoming sustainably profitable and on transparent reinvestment.
The 2.5% is a proposed profit share, not 2.5% of turnover, a guaranteed payment or a claim that Thinkeur owns 2.5% of each business. Its calculation, reporting, duration and use would be agreed in writing before anyone joins. It does not describe the terms of the three early ventures above.
Is the Incubator open?
Not yet. The film presents the vision. Register your interest for updates; that is not enrolment.
Is there a fee or a profit-share commitment when I register?
No. Registering interest involves no payment, equity transfer or profit-share agreement. Any future programme terms would be provided before enrolment.
What does “2.5% of profits” mean?
It is the proposed minimum share of a defined profit measure for a future participating business, subject to an individual written agreement. No share is due merely because a business makes a sale. The detailed calculation and reporting terms are not final.
Does Thinkeur take equity?
This page describes a proposed profit-share approach. No equity is agreed by registering interest; any alternative or additional investment arrangement would require separate clear terms.
