Website Terms / Last reviewed 8 October 2026

Clear terms.
No hidden commitment.

These terms apply when you use this website. Thinkeur is a developing initiative. These website terms do not claim a legal status, registered address or company number for Thinkeur, and they do not replace any separate written terms you may later agree for a programme, service, partnership or project.

Using this website

You may use the site to learn about Thinkeur, register interest, make an enquiry or follow a route to an external service. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit misleading information or misuse another person’s details.

Information, opportunities and availability

We aim to keep the site clear and accurate, but Thinkeur is still being developed. Programme dates, funding, eligibility, capacity, partners, prices and availability may change. A page marked “coming soon” describes a plan, not a live service or a promise that it will launch on a particular date.

Content on the site is general information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Check the confirmed details and any separate terms before making a commitment.

Enquiries and applications

Sending a form or email does not guarantee a reply, place, job, course, funding, partnership, investment, sale or other outcome. It does not by itself create a contract, employment relationship, partnership or agency relationship. We explain the next step and any relevant requirements separately.

Paid programmes, products and services

The Incubator is not open for enrolment and takes no payments. The website does not currently provide a Shop checkout. Where a future paid programme or service may be available, you will receive the proposed scope, price, responsibilities and applicable cancellation or refund terms before being asked to commit or pay. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Your ideas and information

Only submit information you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank details, National Insurance numbers, medical records or another person’s confidential information through general enquiry fields. How personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Notice.

Sharing an idea or proposal does not, by itself, transfer ownership of it or create a promise that Thinkeur will develop, fund or keep it exclusive. Any ownership, confidentiality or intellectual-property arrangement for a project must be agreed separately in writing.

Thinkeur content

Unless a page says otherwise, the text, branding and original materials on this site belong to Thinkeur or are used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, sell, republish or present the site’s content or branding as your own without permission.

External websites

Links to partners, newsletter providers, social platforms and other websites are provided for convenience. Those services control their own content, availability, accounts, terms, privacy practices and cookies. Thinkeur is not responsible for an external service merely because this site links to it.

Site access and responsibility

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site while the initiative develops. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Thinkeur is not responsible for loss caused solely by relying on unconfirmed information or by the availability or conduct of an external service. We do not limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes to these terms

We may update these website terms when the site or its services change. The review date at the top shows when this page was last revised. Separate agreed terms for a programme or service are not changed merely by updating this page.
