I kept coming back
to the same idea.

People need more than advice.
They need a chance to use it.

Thinkeur did not come from a perfect career path. It came from years of learning what happens when people are given responsibility, useful knowledge, the right connection and a real chance to act.

Rajid’s work has brought him into business, mentoring and employment support. Across those experiences, the same idea kept returning: what if learning, opportunity and community could support each other?

That is the starting point for Thinkeur. Help someone build a skill. Work alongside someone starting a business. Make an introduction that opens a door.

The ambition goes further than any one programme. It is to help bring back youth clubs and community spaces with a stronger foundation beneath them.

More than a place.
A place to belong.

There is work to do. Thinkeur is an invitation to be part of it.
