Thinkeur does not offer one standard ownership split for every idea, project or contributor. A first conversation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, equity stake, profit share or transfer of intellectual property.
Any role, payment, volunteering arrangement, ownership, decision rights, intellectual property and working expectations are considered separately and agreed in writing before the relevant work begins.
