Privacy / Launch review

Your information.
Handled with care.

This notice covers the applications, Careers enquiries, registrations, partnership and community enquiries, founding-team interest and general messages sent through this website. The final retention schedule, operator details and operational contact arrangements still need to be confirmed.

Who handles your information

Rajid Ahmed is the Creator of Thinkeur. Contact contact@thinkeur.co.uk about information you provide or to request its removal.

Incubator waiting list

The Incubator waiting list asks for your name, email and what you would like to build, with optional phone, location and organisation details. This is an expression of interest, not enrolment.

Do not include National Insurance numbers, benefit statements, identity documents, financial account details, medical records or other sensitive information in your answers.

Careers enquiries

Jobseeker enquiries ask for your name, email, phone number, postcode or borough, programme interest and training goals. The form asks whether you currently receive Universal Credit to help us check the appropriate training route. Jobcentre and work-coach details are optional. Employer enquiries ask for business contact details, location, team size or positions, skills needs and optional vacancy information.

Careers AI is not connected. Its preview does not accept messages, upload CVs, analyse documents or search live vacancies. Do not send another person’s CV, employee record or sensitive information in an enquiry.

Registrations and contact routes

Young Champions founding applications, Incubator and apprenticeship waiting lists, partner, community, founding-team and general contact forms ask for your name and email, an explanation of what you need, and optional phone and location details. Organisation details are required for partner enquiries and optional on the other routes.

Why we use it

We use your answers to review your interest, understand programme or partnership suitability, direct your message and respond to your enquiry. Each form asks you to confirm that Thinkeur may use the information for that purpose. Sending a form does not subscribe you to the newsletter or other marketing.

Mission agreements

When you select I Agree, we store your first name, email and submission time to record your requested support and prevent duplicate email entries. Only your receipt number is displayed after you submit; names, emails and optional messages are not published. Optional mobile details and thoughts are stored only if you submit them. Email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing choices are separate, optional and recorded with the consent version and time. Contact contact@thinkeur.co.uk to withdraw support, withdraw marketing consent or request deletion. The 100,000 figure is a campaign target, not an achieved count.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database and are not shown on public pages. Cloudflare and the site’s hosting services process the information needed to run and secure the site. Records include a server-assigned category, source route, request identifier, reference, submission time and contact-permission version. Some forms store an internal fingerprint to recognise safe retries and prevent duplicate submissions. Your answers are not stored in browser storage.

A receipt appears only after the database confirms a save. Submissions are queued for delivery to Thinkeur’s contact inbox, including CV attachments where supplied. When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the notification and Google Workspace/Gmail stores the received email. A saved reference confirms database receipt; it does not confirm email delivery or send an automatic email to you. Where a course requires referral to a provider, Thinkeur will explain what needs to be shared before arranging the referral.

Keeping and removing information

You can contact Thinkeur to ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawing permission for contact. The final notice will explain retention periods, the applicable legal basis, service providers and any international transfers before those arrangements are finalised.

Newsletter and external sites

Young Champions interest is registered on this website and does not automatically create an account on another platform. Independent Minds has not launched. Its launch list and the Shop launch list record separate, explicit email marketing consent, the consent version and submission time. Withdraw consent by emailing contact@thinkeur.co.uk. Sending an ordinary enquiry does not subscribe you to these lists. Following an external link does not automatically create an account or subscribe you.

Cookies and technical information

Optional Google Analytics measures visits, programme interest, confirmed form completions and site performance only after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics excludes form answers, names, emails, phone numbers and submission references. You can withdraw consent using Cookie preferences. Google may process analytics data outside the UK under its applicable data protection arrangements. Hosting and security services process technical requests to operate and protect the site. External platforms apply their own privacy notices when you visit them. See our cookie notice for details.

Careers applications and CVs

Careers enquiries include the information you enter about eligibility, vacancies or workforce training. Project Coordinator applications also include your uploaded CV. Thinkeur stores this information to review your application and contact you; CVs are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage and are not publicly accessible.

Concerns

Contact Thinkeur first so we can help. You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
